Let’s talk about health!  Our bodies are designed to move.  They require certain nutrients to function and need protection from undue stress and environmental exposures.

Feeling tired, achy, just not yourself?  Although there are many options on this website to assist with feeling better, it is imperative that you also look to improve your lifestyle.  There are four main modification areas to consider.

  1. Smoking/Vaping: You must QUIT as soon as possible.  Did you know that you can actually reverse some of the damage if you QUIT!!
  2. Exercise: Move, Move, Move.  We provide resources to help incorporate exercise into your daily routine.
  3. Diet: The best cure for a poor diet is making small changes towards a healthy diet.  We provide many resources and links to help navigate through societal temptations.

Where do you Start?

How many times in our lives have we decided to change some of our so-called “bad habits” promising ourselves we’ll lose weight, increase our exercise, stop smoking, save more money etc, etc.  If you are like many people the good intentions last for a day or two, maybe even a week – but rarely for a lifetime.  Why are these promises not achieved?

There are many reasons why people do not achieve what they set out to do.  The number one reason is lack of commitment.  As the old saying goes, “You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink”.   It is important to set goals.  We provide direction and information to make lifestyle change a reality with  Goal Setting.
